1. How to Book a Bluechilli Adventure |

a. Read the booking conditions below carefully.
b. Find out the availability of the tour you would like to join.
c. Complete the booking form provided, sign it, and hand it to your agent or email it to bluechilliadventures@yahoo.com or afriwayne@yahoo.com.
d. Pay a deposit of 20% of the tour cost.
e. You will then receive a confirmation from Blue Chilli Adventures.
f. Full payment is due on the 30 days or more before the date of departure to secure your tour.
g. Read and Sign the indemnity form on day of departure of the tour. |
2. Luggage |
|
For the comfort of all clients on the tour, luggage is limited to 1 soft bag per person, plus a small hand luggage bag, containing daily accessories such as a camera, sleeping bag, money and other personnel items. NO SUITCASES PLEASE. |
3. Travel Insurance |
|
Comprehensive Travel insurance is recommended by Bluechilli Adventures including medical, money, and loss of baggage and personnel items. Emergency travel and personnel accident insurance is compulsory. |
4. Visa's and Passports |
|
Your passport should have at least 6 open pages for your travels. All visa requirements must be taken care of by each passenger. Bluechilli Adventures is not responsible for any passenger that has not obtained a visa and therefore the passenger will not be able to continue the tour. For assistance please check table for visa requirements. |
5. Health |
|
All passengers are responsible for their own health insurances and well being. We strongly suggest taken malaria precautions on all our tours (mosquito repellant or medication). For further assistance, please feel free to approach a Blue Chilli staff member. All passengers over the age of 50 must please obtain a full medical certificate, as our tours are run in an adventurous manner. |
6. Cancellation or Changes to Bookings |

Cancellation of any tour bookings must be received in writing.
The following fees shall be applied:
30 Days before departure, loss of 20% deposit.
29-20 Days before departure loss of 50% of tour cost.
20-7 Days before departures 60% of tour cost.
7-1 Days before departure 100% of tour cost.

7. The client’s responsibilities |
|
Apart from the above mentioned, the client agrees to abide to the laws and regulations of each country visited and abide to all instructions of the guide with regards to safety and running of the tour. The client agrees to the indemnity provided by Bluechilli Adventures for accident, damage to property or personnel injury caused by the client during the tour. If rescue or medical assistance is required, for any reason what so-ever the client shall be liable for all costs. The clients are responsible at all times for the safe keeping of personnel belongings. The client acknowledges that the nature of the tours is adventurous, and such tours involve an element of danger and personnel risk. Bluechilli Adventures and its agents cannot be held responsible for injury, accident, damage to property, or loss of life, delay or inconvenience, howsoever caused. |
8. Other Conditions |

If Bluechilli Adventures considers the client to be unsuitable for the tour, it may in its absolute discretion cancel the clients booking or refuse to carry the client further if the client causes any inconvenience, annoyance or damage to other passengers. Bluechilli Adventures cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. road constructions, weather and border crossing etc...). |
9. Notes |

Please note that all tour itineraries are guide lines of all tours offered by Blue Chilli Adventures, although we try and stick to the itineraries. At times they do change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, border crossing, late arrivals, ect. At times, other vehicles and guides are used to take over a tour and run it to the best of their ability. |
