Tour highlights: Kwa-Zulu Natal, Royal National Park, Drakensberg, mountain Kingdom of Lesotho, Coffee Bay, Addo Elephant Park, Port Elizabeth.
Day 1-2: Drakensberg
We depart Johannesburg heading north. After border formalities we continue towards Palapye where we spend our first night.
Day 3-4: Lesotho
After a full day’s drive, we will arrive in the mountain Kingdom of Lesotho with its breathtaking scenery. When border formalities are completed we climb the mountains to our rustic overnight spot. The next day we get up early and those going on the Pony Trek will ride into the remote hills of Lesotho accompanied by local guides. If you choose to remain behind you can just relax or visit the local village, school or craft market.Optional Activities: Pony Trekking Excursion, Hiking, Village and School visit.
Day 5-6: South Africa – CoffeeBay
We exit Lesotho and spend the day driving to Coffee Bay. We arrive at a beautiful location where we will spend the next two nights. We have a full day to relax on the beach or go on a hike to the famous ‘Hole in the Wall’.Optional Activities: Xhosa Village Visit.
Day 7: AddoElephantNational Park
We spend time in Addo Elephant National Park surrounded by Elephants. These magnificent creatures are always a highlight and Addo provides us with many fantastic photographic opportunities.
Day 8: Port Elizabeth
An early morning game drive ends our stay in Addo Elephant National Park. Our tour ends in the afternoon in Port Elizabeth where there are many beautiful beaches and interesting places to explore.
